The Blackmagic Design ATEM 1 M/E Constellation 4K Live Production Switcher (1 RU) adds UHD 4K capabilities and 12G-SDI ports to the familiar switcher construction of its predecessor. Designed for powerful live event UHD 4K switching, the unit features 10 individual 12G-SDI inputs that support 12G/3G/HD-SDI signals and deliver them to six 12G-SDI outputs or webcam USB-C output. In addition, the switcher has a multiview output with up to 16 routable windows that can display inputs, keyed video, graphics, and stills from the media pool, as well as the program output. Each input connects to a built-in Fairlight audio mixer supporting up to 28 channels of audio.
ATEM Production Studio 4K lets you connect up to 8 SD, HD or Ultra HD 4K video cameras, disk recorders and computers to do true broadcast quality work. You get all the features you expect from a professional switcher including chroma key, transitions, media pool, downstream keyers, audio mixer, multi view and the world’s first 6G-SDI and HDMI 4K video connections.
ATEM Mini Pro is fast to set up and easy to use. It includes 4 standards converted HDMI inputs, USB webcam out, HDMI out, Fairlight audio mixer with EQ and dynamics, DVE for picture in picture, transition effects, green screen chroma key, 20 stills media pool for titles and free ATEM Software Control. ATEM Mini Pro also includes direct recording to USB flash disks in H.264 and direct streaming via Ethernet to YouTube Live and more. There’s also a multiview with 4 cameras, media, preview and program plus status of recording, streaming and audio.
The new ATEM 1 M/E Advanced Panel is an elegantly designed professional hardware control panel for all ATEM switchers. It combines modern design with the latest broadcast technology for faster workflows. The new design features a built in LCD and high quality curved buttons that help reduce incorrect key presses. The buttons also have color backlighting to help you quickly recognize important keys. You also get a professional joystick for DVE and camera adjustments, smooth weighted t-bar fader and much more. The buttons feature dynamic displays that allow full customization of the labels as well as custom colors. The shift buttons allow you to double up the number of inputs by selecting a second set of shifted source buttons so you can control up to 20 inputs. The compact size and durable design of the ATEM 1 M/E Advanced Panel fits in a standard equipment rack, making it perfect for shelf mounting in broadcast trucks, mobile racks and fly away kits.
The 2 M/E model features 2 M/E rows with 40 input buttons and 2 independent system control LCDs for each row. Plus each row can control up to 4 M/Es in larger switchers. Both rows and all input buttons include LCDs for custom labeling. Each row also includes an independent select bus!
