You get an Ultra HD camera with 3 return feeds, multiple channels of talkback, tally, control, PTZ, tracker and much more, all down a single SMPTE standard optical fiber cable. You also get a backup talkback link so you can still support and diagnose problems if the fiber link is offline.

Featuring 4 6G-SDI inputs with full re-synchronization, MultiView 4 lets you monitor any combination of SD, HD and Ultra HD video formats and frame rates all at the same time. Blackmagic MultiView 4 can output to both 1080 HD and 2160p Ultra HD displays so you connect it to either regular HD or Ultra HD televisions. If you connect an Ultra HD television or monitor, you can take advantage of the extra resolution of Ultra HD and see full resolution 1920 x 1080 HD in each view for incredible sharpness! You can even turn on audio meter overlays, custom labels and more in each view!

With 10G Ethernet on Blackmagic Studio Converter and Blackmagic Studio Camera 4K Pro, you can connect all camera signals using one Ethernet IP link connection. That means the camera feed, return program feed, timecode, reference, tally, talkback and control are all sent down the single cable. That’s the same benefits of SMPTE fiber, but the standard 10G copper Ethernet cable is much lower cost. The Blackmagic Studio Converter allows breakout of all the video, audio and talkback connections at the studio end. The Blackmagic Studio Fiber Converter converts SDI, talkback, tally and more into bi-directional optical fiber so you can use URSA Broadcast on live switched programs where the cameras need to be placed up to 2 km away from the switcher. You get enough power for your camera plus all accessories, tally, two dual channel intercoms for talkback with a redundant engineering channel in case the fiber goes down, an Ultra HD camera feed, 3 independent HD return feeds, full remote camera control, PTZ, tracker talkback and ethernet. The Blackmagic Studio Fiber Converter has real time constant safety monitoring that continually checks the power and SMPTE fiber cable. It will instantly cut the power if potentially dangerous cable damage is detected or earth leakage is detected.
