Shipping outside Australia operates on a quote basis.

Our main shipping provider is TNT with their Express Service, though on occasion your shipment may be delivered by Amalgamated Couriers, Australia Post or Startrack. TNT offers tracking numbers for all shipments. A signature is usually required to receive the goods.

Times

If we have stock, we will process your order on the next business day.

Please note that we offer a variety of specialist items. These sometimes may need to be imported specifically for you. We will advise lead time on order, and would encourage you before you order to contact beforehand to confirm.

Within Australia, delivery times are usually 1-5 business days from despatch.

Returns and repairs

Beyond the protections under the Australian consumer law, we offer 2 years of free repairs if your lighting fixture has a fault.

We are Australia’s most experienced repairs specialists and repair in house our entire range, as well as almost all lighting brands and products.

If you have a change of mind within 30 days of receiving an item and you still have it in its original condition and packaging, get in touch with us and we can work out a potential credit option.
