Miller CompassX CX2 Fluid Head with Toggle 2-Stage Alloy Tripod (Ground-Level Spreader) is designed for “on the go” creative professionals needing a versatile and affordable solution with uncompromised performance. Whether you shoot with a mirrorless camera, DSLR, mid-sized cine-rig or an ENG camera, CX2 is capable of balancing payloads from 0kg to 8kg. It features advanced precision fluid drag, intuitive controls, and fast set-up. The CX2 employs CB PlusTM technology providing 16 positions of counterbalance and, with 3+0 settings of Miller’s unrivalled fluid drag coupled with 60mm of camera plate travel, you can easily select the perfect set-up to match your configuration for ultimate camera control. The CX2 is matched with the 2-stage Toggle (alloy) tripod and on-ground spreader to provide a large height range 560-1730mm (22-68.1″), positive leg toggle locks and quick pack down.

Other features include: pan & tilt lock, continuous pan & tilt drag, 6-step counterbalance (0-5), illuminated bubble level and two 1/4″-20 accessory mounts for attaching monitor arms or audio recorders directly to the head. This allows you to attach accessories without needing a cage or rig to do so. Tilt range for the S6PRO is +90 degrees/-75 degrees. The forward 90 degree tilt helps with table top setups. The S6PRO also features metal ratchet style knobs and an improved CNC machined aluminium sliding camera plate.

The video system includes the NITROTECH 608 fluid video head (flat base) and the MVTTWINMA aluminium twin leg with middle spreader tripod.
The NITROTECH 608 fluid video head features continuous counterbalance system that enables precise control of a camera and accessories up to 8 Kg at 55mm center of gravity. No matter the camera gear weight you are using you can have constant control despite the tilt degrees you will select. Camera operation will be much easier and effort free!
The variable continuous fluid drag system is powered by a brand new fluid technology that with Its formula sets a new level of performance in the Manfrotto range boosting the smoothest and judder-free pan and tilt movements.
The head also features a 3/8” Easy Link equipped with an anti-rotation systems both to accommodate Manfrotto arms equipped with an anti-rotation system or arms equipped with ARRI locating pins in order to enable an external monitor or other accessories to be fitted securely. The sliding plate attachment side-lock mechanism allows safe, quick and easy camera attachment. The NITROTECH head has a flat base mount with a standard 3/8” thread that is highly versatile for different support combinations (tripod, slider, jib or crane).
The head attaches to the tripod thanks to a 75 mm half ball.
