The Core SWX V-Mount Plate Set for Atomos Sumo includes two V-mount battery plates for powering Atomos Sumo 19 Inch monitors or monitor/recorders. Having two plates allows you to take advantage of the Sumo monitor’s redundant power feature. Attach both plates to the Sumo monitor’s included BattWing bracket. Both plates have integrated cables that terminate in 4-pin XLR connectors. A D-Tap connection is also available for powering accessories. Both the 4-pin XLR and D-Tap connections provide unregulated 11–17 volts of DC power.
This Gimbal Ring Adapter allows you to easily mount your Mini and/or Pocket V-Mount Battery Plate to most ring-based gimbals.
This is the perfect lightweight solution for mounting batteries to your gimbal frame instead of adding extra weight to your camera system.
This plate can also remove the limitations of having to use a specific size of battery in order to maintain a certain weight distribution when balancing on your gimbal.
Freeing up weight on your camera system can lead to better gimbal performance and allow for more weight allocation towards mounting additional accessories like follow focus motors and matte boxes.

1. The plate utilizing a standard V mount fits most V mount batteries to provide greater battery life for your camera rig with your battery’s power port(s).2. It comes with a belt clip that helps hang a V mount battery on a waist belt, a backpack shoulder strap, etc. to reduce your camera rig’s weight.3. Anti-off design on the edge of the belt clip helps catch the belt’s bottom if forces pull it up to prevent it from falling off.4. The plate itself features multiple 1/4-20″ countersinks, 1/4-20″ thread holes, and M4 thread holes to attach a dual rod clamp, a magic arm, or other accessories.5. This mounting plate is used in conjunction with the Ronin 2 TB50 battery holder to attach two TB50 batteries to the bottom of the Float System’s post.
This allows you to provide external power to your gimbal with two TB50 batteries while also providing some counter weight to the bottom end of the post for when you are attempting to balance against the weight of your gimbal/camera setup.
