The TecArt Main/Backup Switcher is primarily used for main and backup consoles. The unit automatically detects incoming DMX512, and automatically switches to the backup DMX stream as soon as the main input is disconnected or lost.
The TecArt Main/Backup Switcher can also be used to connect an external console to a live DMX network and will automatically switch over to take control.
The units are available with a choice of 3 or 5 pin connectors.
The Chauvet DJ XPRESS-RACK1024 is a rackmount DMX interface for ShowXpress software. Capable of controlling 2 DMX universes while also unlocking an additional ArtNet universe; giving you 3 universes total.
