The Rode invisiLav-3pk is designed to aid the concealing of the Lavalier and smartLav microphones. Supplied as a handy 3 pack. Its soft construction absorbs noise and vibration, while the wide, flat profile provides coverage from the elements and allows for versatile mounting. There’s two mounting points in case a redundant mic is required, and cable management on the side. Available in either a pack of three or a bulk pack of ten, the invisiLav comes with pre-cut, skinsafe adhesive that can be used to stick the invisiLav to either the body or to fabric. The invisiLav itself is also made from a medical grade skin safe material so it can be mounted on the body without fear of irritation.

The snap-in socket is an external socket for 5/8 inch studs or spigots which via its 3/8 inch screw can be attached to any thereto fitted clamp, articulated arm or the like. The snap-in socket handsfree snap-locks a stud or spigot securely into place freeing a users hands to guide and position the equipment that is being mounted.

Modular Windshield 3 Kit is suitable for stereo microphones from 161mm up to 210mm in length and 19-34mm diameter with a 5 Pin XLR connector

The Modular Windshield Kit is the professionals’ choice when maximum isolation from wind and handling noise is required.

This complete modular system can be configured to allow almost any microphone to be shock-mounted and provided with varying degrees of windshielding. Components may be ordered separately, or as one of a series of kits, which simplify the selection process for many common configurations. A Modular Windshield Kit is comprised of the following three main components: Modular Suspension, Modular Windshield and Windjammer.

Modular Suspension

Our suspensions provides complete isolation against handling noise and cable-borne noises, by supporting the microphone in a cradle arrangement using Lyre suspension webs.
Windshield

The Windshield basket completely surrounds the microphone and its connector, sliding onto the Modular Suspension to provide up to 30dB of wind noise attenuation. This is the first layer of windshielding protection for your microphone.

Windjammer

The Windjammer introduced by Rycote in 1985, is high quality synthetic fur covers, designed to fit perfectly over the Modular Windshield. It gives an additional 20dB of wind noise attenuation. Fitted with a drawstring & toggle to allow snug and easy fitting. Modular Windshield Kits, including zipped Windjammer are also available on request.
