Xlite’s Pro Series Umbrella Softboxes come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. Designed with a recessed front edge so the included grid and mask can be easily fitted in order to meet the specific needs of all types of photographers. These newly designed lighting modifiers have been manufactured to stand up to everyday use by professional photographers.

Excellent load-bearing performance: Supports mounting the D85 parabolic softbox and RA-F150 Fresnel lens, with a maximum load capacity of approximately 1.5kg.
Compatible with standard Bowens Mount accessories: Compatible with the majority of standard Bowens Mount modifiers available on the market.
Horizontal/vertical adjustment: After attaching to the light stand, it allows for a 360deg horizontal adjustment of the light body and accessory, as well as a 180deg vertical adjustment.

Chimera Pancake Lanterns features a flat-top design that allows the lightbank to be placed higher and closer to the ceiling. This maximizes placement options as well as limiting unwanted overhead bounce from the ceiling. Pancake Lanterns mount to any Chimera Speed Ring for Strobe or Video Pro lightbanks. Fixtures with a with beam angle or fully-exposed bulb/flash tube are recommended for proper illumination of the lantern.

The included skirt attaches to the Pancake Lantern to enable control over the light-spill. With adjustable zippers and velcro on all four sides, the skirt can be rolled up or down to vary light spread from an omnidirectional overhead source to a straight down-light.
