Samyang AF 85mm f1.4 UMC II Canon EF – Full Frame features a bright f/1.4 maximum aperture that benefits working in low-light environments and provides great control over depth of field for isolating subjects and working with selective focus. This lens sports an Ultrasonic Dual Linear motor that provides quick, quiet autofocus performance. An AF/MF switch is offered for seamless switching between focusing modes. In regard to its optical design, One hybrid aspherical element is used to reduce distortion and spherical aberrations for greater sharpness and accurate rendering. Also, the Ultra Multi-Coating has been applied to individual elements in order to reduce ghosting and flare for increased contrast and a neutral colour balance. This lens also features a rounded nine-blade diaphragm that contributes to a smooth and pleasing bokeh quality.
