The HaloCompact Diffuser 82cm 2 Stop is a patent pending design concept that makes the everyday diffuser panel even more portable than ever!
The collapsible lightweight aluminium frame quickly slots together and the 2 stop diffuser fabric simply clips onto the frame. The cleverly designed RapidExoframe™ construction breaks down into small multiple sections and packs into a carry case measuring only 6.5 x 27 x 6.5cm (2.5” x 10.5” x 2.5”) weighing only 335g (reflector and case).
The HaloCompact is the perfect solution for photographers on the move or with very limited carrying space. A handy carabiner clip allows the user to clip the HaloCompact to their belt.
The HaloCompact features an ergonomically designed handle so it can easily be held and accurately positioned with one hand. The handle also incorporates a very useful ¼” thread (plus a ¼” to ¼” adaptor), enabling it to be attached to various support systems.
The HaloCompact is also available as a Silver/White Reflector. HaloCompact light reflector and diffuser covers are available separately.

Unlike many traditional reflector/diffuser panels that incorporate a steel rim pop up design, the 82cm (32”) HaloCompact is constructed using Manfrotto’s new innovative RapidExoframe technology. The collapsible lightweight aluminium frame quickly slots together and the reflector or diffuser fabric cover simply clips onto the frame. The cleverly designed RapidExoFrame construction allows the frame to breakdown into small multiple sections and along with the folded fabric packs into a carry case measuring only 6.5 x 27 x 6.5cm (2.5” x 10.5” x 2.5”) weighing only 335g (reflector and case).The new HaloCompact surfaces are available as full solutions with the RapidExoframe or as covers only for existing users who already have a frame.
The unique patent protected Difflector fabric comprises our standard diffuser surface with a silver stripe. This means the HaloCompact will allow light to pass through like a diffuser on one side and reflect light off the silver stripes on the other side, making it a unique, true, dual purpose diffuser and reflector panel.

Replacing the need for a regular shaped reflector the TriGrip reflectors utilise a triangular design which provides a much stronger and more stable structure. They also feature a moulded handle with securing strap, allowing accurate positioning with one hand. This means light can be reflected into awkward spots that would’ve previously required a stand system.
The securing strap also allows you to support the reflector without actually gripping the handle, reducing pressure on your wrist and fingers when held for a long time.
